The Organizational Behaviour and Applied Psychology Group exists to enhance people’s lives in organizations and the effectiveness of those organizations. We use a multilevel and multidisciplinary understanding of people, organizations and management to enrich the development of people and organizations. We do this through the scientific application of psychology and behaviour using an understanding of the realities and practicalities of organizations and industries to enhance effectiveness, fairness and sustainability.
